Turtle Pond pool area questions

Hi everyone. I think I'm going to take some advice I got here and request the Turtle Pond area since HH isn't available for our stay. I have 5 teens with me this trip....what is the pool like there ( is it comparable to the Grandstand pool at SSR, which is kind of a cross between a main pool and a quiet pool) ?Also, will the snack bar be open in mid April (Presiden'ts week for the Northeast) ? Does that snack bar have a mug refill station? Sorry for so many ?????

The pool there is a quiet type of pool, not like the Grandstand pool, more like the Congress Park pool at SSR. When we stayed there, it was May, the snack bar was not open. My kids (in their 20's) decided it was not worth going to that pool and just hopped on a bus and headed up to the main pool.

We did love staying in Turtle Pond though.

The Turtle Pond Pool is IMHO much bigger than the other quiet pools. Check out the pictures above

There is a mug filling station there - at the Turtle Shack
