Hi everyone, ok so there is no excuse for my absence so I will just get to writing. I need to mention though, that when I got on the DIS I had to log in! That's how long it's been! I also had to log in on photobucket. Man, I'm a slacker. Also, I am having a sever case of de ja vu becasue I feel like I've done this post before. I think I'm losing it!
Anywho, when I last left y'all, we had just finished watching the wonderful Boo To You Parade. Now it was time to do a little trick or treating! First stop was Columbia Harbour House. It was so cool because they shut the whole restaurant down and we walked straight through getting our candy on the way. Too cool.
We headed over to Ariel's Grotto for a dance party. Again, I had no idea what to expect with this and was pleasantly suprised! They were playing great music and different characters came out to dance. It took Aubrey a while to warm up to the idea but Brendan was ready to boogie right away...
Aubrey started getting into it, especially when Pluto came out. He took her hand and they started getting down!
Then came Donald and they both started to get into it!
Then the DJ played a game of Simon says. This was really cute. By this time, they were in their own little world, dancing away!
After the dance party, it was time to head over to Cinderella Castle to catch Hallowishes. This was quite a show. Here are some pics of the spooky castle...
When Hallowishes was over, it was time to head home. I was sad because this was going to be my last few minutes in the MK for a long time. Jason and the kids went ahead of me and looked at all of the decorated windows and scarecrows that decorated the entrance...
I stayed back a little bit and tried to take it all in. I stopped and took a deep breath and smelled the confectionary and all of its yummy treats. I listened to all of the kids laughing and the spooky music in the background. I was sad to leave but man, it was a great night.
As we exited the gates, I snapped a pic of these pumpkins. It didn't come out too good but the pumpkins spell out "See you real soon". Too cute...
One last shot on our way out, everything looked so festive...
At the gates, they were handing out even more candy. Ghiradelli chocolates!! What

That was a nice treat!
The kids were beat so we figure we would chance the bus ride home. It was probably the quietest one of the whole trip. All of the kids on the bus seemed to be sleeping. Everyone was exhausted. It was so nice and peaceful until.... AHHHHHHHHHHH! We hear a shreaking scream come from the front of the bus! It was the bus driver. Aparantly, she had seen a huge rat cross over the street infront of the bus. This must have been some rat because she screamed as if it were coming at her with a butcher knife! We all laughed, but no one woke up. It was quite memorable!
When we got to the resort, we took a short cut back to our room through the quiet pool. Here's a shot of the pathway. So peaceful...
And here's a shot of our room on the 2nd floor...
We walked in the door and checked out the sitting area for a bit. This was just such a beautiful resort. I could have taken pictures of everything. Well, I did take pictures of everything but I'm choosing not to bore you with them
Brendan was still asleep from the bus ride..
I have no idea what time it was at this point but I do know that it was late and we were tired. We headed up to our rooms and put the kids down with no baths. Jason and I followed shortly after. It was such a fun day. I loved the party and can't wait to go again one day in the future!!!
Up next.... AK and Hoopty Doo Review, our last day in the parks
