Turndown conseirge only?

We'll be at the WL. Is turndown service avail. for all in the deluxe resorts or only those on the consierge floors? How much extra is it, or does it come with the magic??

It's my understanding that any of the deluxe rooms can request turndown from Mousekeeping. Now whether your request will actually be met is another thing. I found out after the fact that you must contact Mousekeeping and not the front desk...just press the correct button on your phone when you get to your room.
