On my resort hopping designated day i would like to finnish the day off with a meal at the Contemporary at the Chef Mickeys Dinner, do i just turn up or would it be advisable to make a PS. I am going the middle of January and looking at between 5pm and 6pm.. Anybody have any views on this meal????

Also any recommendations for a "pitstop" along the way around the resorts, somewhere for just a drink and a small snack midday? cheers all :)

Hi Ali,

Which resorts did you decide in the end to do your tour round??

I would think it would be a very quiet time to get into Chef Mickey's so PS probably not required - however for peace of mind it may be worth making one?

Now I love Chef Mickey's but I'm not sure it would be my first choice for a "solo" meal. It is very noisy and full of children (that's OK I have children too!) but I wonder if there is a better place for you. There is lots of action to watch though so that's good! Do you definitely want a character meal? Is it Mickey, Minnie etc in particular you want to see if so?

Sorry, tons of questions!

Karen

Hi Karen, no final list as to which ones going to visit, but Grand Floridian, contemporary, animal kingdom lodge and Swan and Dolphin look good.

I wasnt looking for a character meal in particular, just would rather have the choice of a buffet meal, rather than a set menu, so any other suggestions???THANKS
