Turn down service??

We are going to the poly-regular garden view (could not swing conceirge) and I have heard about the towel animals and turn down service which all sounds so great.
Question #1:
Do you have to stay conceirge to get turndown service or if you request it no matter what type of room you have you can get it?
Question #2
Do all resort mousekeepers take the time to do cute things in the room or just some resorts more than others do it?
Question #3
Is it better to tip mousekeeping once per day or wait till the end?
I normally tip at the end of our stay but considering my previous questions I think it might be better to do it daily . How much do you all tip per day/per person? thanks again......

You don't have to be in concierge to have turndown service. Just to be sure, call housekeeping when you get to your room and request it.

Not all of the housekeepers do the towel animals, and if you have kids, don't let them know ahead of time. This way, if you do get them, your kids will be surprised, and if you don't get them, they won't be disappointed. It's not a part of their job to do the towel animals, but many of them do it

I think it's a good idea to tip each day because you may have different housekeepers from day to day.

Turndown service, robes and coffee makers can be requested by anyone.

We usually tip housekeeping every day because it is not always the same person.

Towel animals and creations are not part of housekeepings duties or part of Disney policy. It is done if the housekeeper feels like it and tips are not given with the expectation that any extra things will be done to your room. Tips are for quality of their work. You could tip all week and not get a housekeeper that will leave anything in your room.
