Turkey sausage or bacon anywhere?

Do any restaurants serve turkey sausage or bacon at breakfast? We're thinking of trying Kona Cafe specifically. If not, do they offer you something else with the breakfast choices if you don't eat pork sausage or bacon? Our family does not eat red meat.

The Wave at the Contemporary has chicken sausage. Not sure how that compares to turkey sausage.

Kouzzina (on Boardwalk) has chicken sausage listed on their breakfast menu (which looks pretty good!)

Thanks for the replies! We were wanting to go to Kona to try the famous tonga toast! Chicken sausage or not, hopefully the rest of the breakfast will be worth it.

Kona has turkey bacon. Just ask for it

I had chicken sausage at Kouzzina earlier this month and loved it. After more than 40 trips to the world it was by far the best breakfast I have had at WDW.
