I am posting a poll to see what the majority usually has for Christmas. Will explain later. Nice fall evening, building a fire and making SMORES!!!!!

Neither... Turkey & Ham are for Thanksgiving.

Actually, since we spend christmases with my ILs and they can't eat ham, we always have Prime Rib for Christmas.

Usally both, but sometimes we have lasagna.

Neither. We have turkey at Thanksgiving and don't want it again at Christmas and too many of us don't like ham.

Standing Prime Rib....yum!:D

We have Turkey and Ham for Thanksgiving. For Christmas, I make lasagna and have all the leftovers from Christmas Eve. Being italian, we have seafood on Christmas Eve and have soooo much it can take days to finish it all off.

Turkey!

Love it! I could really eat it much more often if it didn't take so long to cook!

Since we have the Turkey at Thanksgiving, my DH wants a ham for Christmas. If it was up to me I would have a Turkey again. I love it.

I think you need an "other". We always have turkey for Thanksgiving and we switch off between turkey or ham for Christmas sometimes but we're just as likely to have prime rib or filet mignon. This year we're eating Christmas dinner at Les Chefs de France w/the Candlelight Proc pkg so I'm pretty certain filet for me and possibly (?) duck for dh.

I voted Turkey because that's what my sister makes & we all end up there in the evening.

However, at home we like to have a brunch & just graze from morning until late afternoon! (Various Disney recipes, shrimp, veggies, etc.) I refused to spend my day in the kitchen years ago. ;)

Neither...

Standing Rib Roast and Yorkshire Pudding. YUM!

It depends. When we're at MIL's we have turkey. When we're at my mom's we have ham. So I voted both, but we really don't have both in the same year! LOL!!

I don't cook Christmas day. We have ham and appetizers Christmas Eve and we have leftovers on Christmas day. I do make a breakfast casserole the night before and put it in the oven xmas morning. We like to relax as a family on Christmas and not worry about me in the kitchen all day.

Another standing rib roast family here! We'll have it with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, some sort of steamed veggie, and rolls. Still don't know what to do for dessert, though I suspect we'll all be in a good food coma before then ;)
