Turkey Leg?

My brother thought that when he was at Disney World in May that he used a snack credit for a turkey leg. I can't find comfirmation on that and am wondering if he is remembering correctly. I would like to find out as we are bringing my dad in November and he is a huge turkey leg fan!

Any turkey leg lovers out there that can help me out with this?

it used to be a snack, but isnt any longer. I'm not sure when they made the change, but as of 2007 it was no longer considered a snack.

On a slightly related note... I've never been able to bring myself to eat one! maybe some day... haha

We could not use them in April 2007 or in October 2007. The snacks are more restrictive now in 2008 than they were in 2007 - so I doubt that it can be used. Either your brother is remembering incorrectly or he was incredibly lucky!

fun fact, though, for turkey leg lovers... sometimes, at Toluca Legs Turkey at Disney's hollywood Studios, if you make turkey noises (gobble gobble!!) they'll give you a free turkey leg! Just a little "magical moment" they do over there.

Thanks for the replies. Based on the price of them I kind of thought he was mistaken regarding the snack credit. I'm sure my dad will have no problem paying out-of-pocket for them. Of course, I will have to have one too - nothing like walking around frontierland eating a greasy, yummy turkey leg!!

That reminds me - I better get back on the treadmill...
