We will definitely be participating in the Fish Extender exchange!! Mason loves walking around, looking at the very creative FE's and passing out gifts!!! It's a great way to burn calories!!

Thanks again for all your advice on the excursions. The booking is what I thought, but I wasn't sure about excursions outside of what disney offers. The crusie is paid for all ready but since we are newbies to Disney, its the 75 day mark for us. I will look into the excursions on the cruise site this weekend and then the debates can start, golf vs snorkeling, beach vs fishing, you get the idea. Should be fun to hear everyones choice and trying to fit a little of it all in.

As far as the fish extenders, we are in two cabins and already started making some. Gotta find some way to pass the time....

Ok, updating in a few minutes. I've also updated for The LK 4. Thanks for adding your info.

DD fell in her room yesterday evening and popped her kneecap out of place. GROSS! and PAINFUL! She was in such a tight corner and upstairs so it took 5 EMT's to get her down w/o too much movement. The Dr. gave her Lots-o-drugs and slid it back into place. 4 hr ER visit whew!

We are grateful that there appears to be no torn ligaments or broken bones. She is much better now but has some follow up visits before we know the whole story.

I was just lurking in on yall, and saw your question. I was at Magens Bay in 2007 with Rob and Pris. I was am also a former Turkey. (See me n many of Lampy's pics, "Ron Jovi's", etc)

To answer your questions, YES, there are very nice beach chairs to rent, and a great beach bar to buy food and sprits. My DD and I ate there and the food was excellent. It was a little different from other island ports, as it seemed that everyone working there was American. Nice, but a little different from the 5 other ports we had just been to on Adventure of the Seas.

Anyway, Magens Bay is a beautiful beach, and was not crowded the day we were there, but I have heard that if there are alot of ships in port, it can get packed.

Yall have a GREAT CRUISE. I wish I was gonna be there to help carry on the DIS TURKEY TRADITION.

DD is feeling better tonight. She has an orthopedist appt tomorrow in Downtown Atlanta at 7:30 am. Looks like she and DH are getting up early.

She has been lounging on the couch, reading Batman and listening to Ipod all day.

I'm so sorry for your DD - sounds quite painful. Driving into Atlanta at 7:30 AM? From what I understand that is painful too. My brother moved to Kennesaw 4 yrs ago and is always complaining of Atlanta traffic. Hope she's doing OK tonight

I'll be checking out the blog and adding us to the FE count. I just showed DS13 a pic of a FE and he said "we're in as long as I can have something with Pluto." So, everyone look for a FE with a Pluto on it outside our door. Don't have a cabin # and won't have one for a long time. We plan on making some of our stuff too - between that and DS13's Bar Mitzvah I'll have plenty to keep me busy.

FE Help.

I've been getting questions about the logistics of FE gift giving. Since there are no real answers, I added two polls in the left hand column of the FE thread. Former cruisers, please give the newbies a hand and answer the poll.

Again, you don't have to sign in to vote. Dads, please don't load the "Dad's gift" answer. The kids will find out about it.

I have also added some links to DIS board threads concerning FE gifts and ideas and one shopping link. I would love suggestions for more to add.
