Hi all!!! I want to cook a turkey breast tonight since we will be away for Thanksgiving and would like to have some turkey NOW Can anyone give me some quick, simple turkey breast recipes before I send DH to the store this afternoon??

I was going to cook a turkey breast Wednesday since my MIL never gives us any leftovers-- I love having leftover turkey and stuffing the next day. I don't have any recipes-- but I'm subscribing to read other's answers.
