Turf Club Questions

Husband and I are going to Disney World for the first time in 5 years - no kids. From what we are reading, much has changed. We are looking for new restaurants to try and found Turf Cub at Saratoga Springs. We consider ourselves foodies although we are not snobs. Was wondering what the consensus is on this Disney Restaurant.

We have not eaten at the Turf Club because of the bad reviews. However, I heard the executive chef from Flying Fish is either there now or will be so we are considering it during our next trip. I would consider the executive chef change when reading about past posts.
