So, since this is the recommended site to use the new Disney experience, I am trying to download it. With no luck. Let me run through what happens.

Google Tunnelbear. Go to download to PC. When it asks me to run or save program, I run it. Says it's downloaded. Goes through set up.....to the point of running through programs, then a window comes up and says tunnelbear has stopped working, then closes.

What am I doing wrong? What is the problem? I have tried this months ago with the same outcome? I have cleared browsing history and cookies (which shouldn't have anything to do with it). Can someone direct me?

thanks!!

Have you checked to make sure you don't have a virus? Any spyware perhaps? It sounds like something is preventing it from installing and running properly. I have it running right now.

I just downloaded it and it works no problem. I think previous poster might be right and something might be up with your computer.

Question: Can I use TunnelBear to download music from google music? So that I can get music on my android phone. Please note I only have Canadian credit cards.

I have a feeling you may be right. There are a few other little problems with the computer. How do I fix this? without having to lug it to a store to have it fixed? I have Norton and have never had a lapse of protection....

I hate technology....:confused3

My computer is a piece of crap and sometimes I find I can't just run a program. I have to actually save it to my computer and then run the install file.

Download the free version of Lavasoft's Adaware to run a full scan.

I work in IT so I hate it more. hahahaha, Adaware is great as is malwarebytes. However if you have a virus or some other problem you may not be able to install it. I purchased an IDE/SATA to USB 2.0 cable Adapter which allows me to hook up a suspect drive as an external drive to my PC. I can then scan it and remove all of the garbage. It has saved a few friends hundreds of dollars on Future Shop or Best Buy bills. By not booting to the drive not everything runs. Knowing an IT person can have advantages. Its amazing what I will do for beer. hahaha

Run a thorough scan with NOrton and then run a disk cleanup and maybe a disk defrag. Norton should find any problems and the other two will keep your computer running at a decent speed. Google them for directions. and Good Luck.

Audials Moviebox is a best software and I always recommends it to others.
Have a try, just install it and you can download any file from any website and convert it in any format. This is the best software ever and I am using it for 2 years.
You can visit Audials website to have more informations.
