Tuna Steaks

Anyone have a good recipe for tuna steaks?

We usually just marinate them in italian dressing and grill them. I hav ealso heard of using mayonaise as a glaze - I prefer the dressing.

brush them with olive oil and then coat them with cracked black peppers. then grill them or broil. OR you could brush them with some watered down wasabi but its extra spicy.

Try marinating them in 3 parts maple syrup to 1 part soy sauce. The longer you marinate the better. They're great on the grill. Enjoy!
