First trip to WDW and first stay at Poly was in 1989....
My best friend's sister worked for Disney then and got us an upgrade to Poly for 10 bucks more per night!!! we were going to stay at the (then) Caribean. It was new then. I gladly paid the 40 dollars more to stay close to the Magic Kingdom. Had NO IDEA how close it was or how special it would be, having never been there before. Was just DS and I. DH and DD (who was 2 at the time) stayed home!!
Great trip!
