tube rental

I was reading through old posts on this thread and saw one regarding using your own tubes in the pool. i believe Joe answered the question. he said you weren't able to bring your own floatation devices but could rent them for no charge. I thought they did charge you? That sure would be great, I think its really nervy to charge guests after all the money you spend there.

You are charged for tube rental at Stormalong Bay. I don't have a problem paying for the rental. I figure it helps subsidize the profits so room rates can stay a tad lower for everyone.

We just got back from the Beach Club. It says right in the "Tide Tribune" that "swimmers' aids are allowed. Floaties are available at the merchandise window near the pool and shops in all resorts."

Tube rental was $3.00/hour, or $10.00 for the entire day.

Oh, I wish we were still there...........
