TTMM - worth it if we'll be up late?

We'll be in DLR for Wed pm-Sat, leaving early Sun am at the end of Oct. I have 3 little ones - 6yo, 3yo, and an infant. We're coming from WI, so at least initially the mornings will come easier to the kids? Anyway, we're planning to get up early Thurs to do MM. Fri night we have Halloween tickets so we'll be out late. I know we won't make it to TTMM on Sat am because of that. Is it worth it to try to do TTMM on Fri at 8am, knowing we'll want to stay for the majority of the Halloween party later that night? Also, we have 9:40 ressies at Ariel's Grotto that same morning, which I think is about as far away from Toontown as we could get! I'm sure we could get everyone to take a nap in the afternoon, and probably will anyway (we're staying at GCH so that's easy), but I'm trying to decide if 2 early mornings in a row are worth it. What exactly IS TTMM anyway? I can't really figure it out, sounds like a little show and some character greetings?? Thanks all!
