Hi Elaine Guidi!....I'm not completely sure I understand your question...but this might help.
All the Parks have their own parking lots (several per park)....each park's parking lots offer a tram shuttle....it's sort of a truck which pulls a 'train' of passenager cars. There is no charge for using these, and tipping is not customary.
A word of advice however, if you do drive and park your car at one of the parks....the car lots are HUGE and each section is identified by location markers....for example, the MK parking lot may have rows named "Dopey" A..B...C...etc. IT IS very important that you take notice of the name of the area you parked in....I'd even suggest you write it down on a piece of paper...by the time you're ready to leave the Parks....you may not recall where your car is otherwise!...

All of Disney's transportation is free - the buses, the monorail, the boats. I have never seen anyone tip the drivers; I expect they aren't allowed to receive tips!
