TTC thread take 2

Thanks it was a hard weekend
He had to do his first overnighter, then the new family misunderstood the worker and thought they could keep him instead of returning him on sat. It was a stressful 24 hours till he came home today.
He leaves for good on friday. I know he will be just fine. I hope we get a new baby soon because Ella will not do well without a little one here.

So sorry! What a wonderful thing you do - love those babies and take care of them. You are such a blessing to them.

CONGRATS to all the BFP's:banana: This is awesome news...hopefully the pixie dust will spread :goodvibes

I am currently on Lupron for my 1st IVF cycle and went to the Dr today for US/BW and come to find out I have a cyst on my ovary from the meds so I can't start Stimulation meds this week as I was suppoed to :sad1:

I have an apt to go back on Friday to see if the cyst went down in size and if not he might have to drain it :scared1: Has anyone has this done before? What kind of procedure is it? I think I froze when he told me that I never asked how he would do it :sad2: I have had a laparoscopy done to cut one of my tubes and had a horrible experience so I am afraid to have that done again. I have a feeling this ivf cycle won't happen ughhhhhh :(

Sorry - I really don't know anything about cysts, but wanted to send you a

I had a cyct on my ovary that popped on it's own! I thought I was having an appendecitis. They told me in the hospital what it was and I went to the woman who is now my gynocologist the following day and had my first chooney ultasound. It was rather large and again painful. I went on BC after that to prevent them from happening, obvioulsy it wasn't preventing anything else from happening! I don't know what it feels like to have one drained but as I said, to have it pop on it's own is pretty painful so if they can do it without causing to much uncomfortableness I would go for it. If this IVF cycle does not happen it will be VERY disappointing, I know, been there, done that. However, You will get the chance once this hurdle is crossed and that will be a good thing;)

I had a cyst that ruptured on its own too. BOY I THOUGHT I WAS DYING! That truly was painful. It depends on the size though

I actually got my BFP yesterday, but I didn't want to say anything till Esbrick posted just in case it was bad news. I am a little nervous because I have tested 3 times and the line is not very dark! And to be honest it doesn't feel real yet, it still feels like I am in a dream. I want the blood test to tell me this is for real :cloud9:

Cherbear told me the good news so I had to come over and say CONGRATULATIONS to both of you!!! I'm so happy there's some good things finally happening here! Woot Woot! Hopefully everyone else gets 2011 bfp's too. Lets keep the good luck rolling!

Thank you D&D. :goodvibes I put on the weight taking clomid and then the injectibles. Not sure if it was the meds themselves or because I couldn't exercise when taking them. :confused3 At least it's a start but it's probably all for nothing. Dh comes back from Afghanistan any day now and then it's right back to business, lol. :thumbsup2

I just wanted to second this! You and your family are truely amazing!:goodvibes

Thanks again guys
He is gone overnight tonight, back tomorrow then gone for good on wed. I think this back and forth really helped the kids get use to the fact that he is leaving.
Foster care sucks sometimes but I am happy that Bear is going to a loving home. He is way better off then a lot of my kids that have left here :guilty:

ckret01 I hope the cyst goes away on it's own they hurt when they pop.

Holy crap! Make it 4! I got a faint BFP this morning!!!!! I'm still shaking!!

I had just finished up all my testing for the RE and we were supposed to get all my DH's results back tomorrow. How's that for timing! This was our 23rd cycle, so I was sure it would never happen.

Congrats to Esbrick, Kronk and Snowwhite!!

Thanks! I didn't even think to take a picture of the test. I am due for the witch today (10 dpo), and haven't had any of the usual symptoms. I've been really light headed and nauseous for the last few days, so I figured it doesn't hurt to test. A faint line came up right away, and I swear I carried it around while I was getting ready for work and looked at that thing 50 times - I think I was afraid it was going to change!

Thanks for the support over the months ladies - I may not have posted often but I read this thread every day. Reading about other people going through the same struggles has made all the difference. :worship:

I think I'd have to call into work. NO WAY could I walk around all day trying to hide the grin on my face. People would think I was having a seizure :rotfl2:

 Bear may not have had a great start in the world but being in the care of your family made it better! You gave him love and cherished him which is what every baby needs starding out. You made a difference in his life that he will take with him where ever his life journey takes him. . .:goodvibes

God Bless all of you!
