TTC Monorail Opening

Does anyone know if the monorail still leaves the TTC at park opening time rather than 1/2 hour or so before MK opens?. This was WDW policy last summer. We arrived 45 min early so that we could get to the park at opening only to find out that the express monorail wouldn'r begin until MK opened. This created a huge backlog at the TTC.

The monorails and ferry boats are now operating before park opening. I think that they may open a bit later on Extra Magic Hour days (Sun and Thurs), to make it easier for us to sort out resort guests before we open the turnstiles to day guests.
