TSS Closing Services closed?

Does anyone know if they are closed or if anyone has been out of the office for awhile? I sent my paperwork and check almost 2 weeks ago and was told I would hear when it got there. When I hadn't heard after a week, I sent another followup email, b ut haven't gotten a response to that either. A bit nervous since it's a big check (the remaining 90%) and a bank check - not sure what I would do if it got lost.

I spoke to Nancy on Thursday so I know they were open on Thursday. Maybe they were closed for Easter on Friday or Monday ?????????

They were open today. I talked to Nancy.

I would try and call them ASAP! It should be a quick call. I would drive myself crazy with worry if I hadn't heard anything.

I called but she wasn't around so I left a voicemail.

Yes normally I would send things better but I don't have an easy way of getting to a PO since I work full time

Well I wasn't able to connect with TSCS so I called my bank and they verified that the check was cashed on March 19th. So at least I know someone got it and it's not lost in the mail and I will just wait to hear that it got routed right. Thanks for your help all

I tried both! Direct first but I just got VM so then I called main to see if someone else would help but they just sent me back to her VM

I would call them back and explain the problem. If the person you're working with told you that they would contact you when they received the check, then they should've done it. It's been a couple weeks now and you haven't heard anything. I'm the kind of person that feels like if you say you're going to do something, then I expect it to be done. Especially when there's A LOT of money involved.

Agree...or email Nancy directly, and if that doesn't work, email Tom. Nancy has always gotten back to me same day on emails regarding my tiny contract.

Well the seller hasn't returned their docs yet. They have 3 contracts and are waiting for paperwork for one before getting them all notorized. We can hope tho - they probably want their $! Congrats on closing!
