...I assume it can be hard on a person with back problems....but so can almost every singe ride at Disney....except for maybe IASW...
IASW boats can (and usually DO) get rear-ended (sometimes pretty jarringly) multiple times at the end of the ride as other boats bump into your boat, and those following yours, due to the pile-up of craft stopped awaiting the unload area.
Most mechanical rides tend to be jerky at some point(s) during their trips.
Disney, however, offers fewer of those that are more jarring than nearly any other attractions operation anywhere else.
