So my DHS plan is to do ToT and then TSM both in standy first thing in the morning? How long do you think it will take to accomplish this?

I'd do TSM stand by first -- assuming they are there at rope drop. Then do TOT. If they do it in the reverse order they'll be there a long time.

ummmm Until lunch! LOL Just kidding, however I am not kidding at how soon Toy Story fills up. We ran to it from opening this month and by the time we got fast passes, it was already at a 40 min wait! We went ahead and got in the standby line and it was only about 30, but I've heard that the lines have only worsened. Go to Toy Story first and then Tower of Terror. Don't forget your fast passes! Have FUN

I'm trying to figure out what five letter word you put between "o" and "h" that with a typo got filtered. Or what seven letter word with a typo formed a five letter word that got filtered.

What were you trying to type? eta: forget it. "opening" Still can't figure it out. eta2: I got it!! *****!!!

Me, myself, I think going to ToT and RnRc (if you want RnRc) first and Toy Story second is the way to go. If the line is too long, get a FP. Go ride other stuff and go back.

That's me. Everyone else thinks TSM first is the way to do it. So if you must do them both without FPs, I guess go ride TSM first, since that's what everyone else is doing.

But I'd do it with a FP.

He meant to type "opening." The five letters that were filtered would have been "penin" if he'd typed it correctly. But he made a typo on one letter in "penin." The last letter. Just how one typos that, I dunno.

I was trying to type open and then ish, you know, like fiveish or fourish, but with open LOL never even occurred to me that there was a word in the middle lol. at least it got this thread read...a lot lol.

I know I've visited more than once, trying to figure it out! Didn't know the answer, but I was certainly curious.



If you feel like changing the title, you can click edit, then "Go Advanced" and edit the title. Not sure if I would, since it's getting your thread answered, but just in case you wanted to but didn't know how to do it....

Another vote for TSM, but unless the line is 30 minutes or less I'd just pick up the stand -by tickets. We were at DHS 3 different days & couldn't find the line to be under 90-120 minutes. We only got on the ride once & that was the day we were at rope drop to pick up FPs.

ToT is not hard to get on. We often found the stand by line to be 20 min at various times of the day.

We were just there this past Fri at rope drop...and it was a MAD RUCH to TS...we figured the crowd at the the rope just moved to the TS line....too much madness for me...so we just let them have it....We rode it the night of EMH and it was fun, but not that much fun to fight the crowds.....Plus it was already HOT!!

Has anyone done it at early EMH rope drop? We will be there long before they open and in the front of the line to get in I'm sure. We are staying at the all stars and will be on the 7am bus there. (last year NOBODY was on the bus).

I doubt I can get my mom to RUN there, fast walk for sure...I would hate to get there and find an hour wait already at 8am. I was hoping we could get on in around 30 minutes at that time.

I printed off the Robo map and reviewed it with my mom last night! We aren't even going til September and I feel like I'm being nutty! My mom was laughing at how much planning I'm doing. On our last trip though? She thanked me for it! She KNOWS if it weren't for my planning- we'd be suckers waiting in the Peter pan line for 90 minutes!

I can all but guarantee that you will be "walked" by CM escorts to the attraction from rope drop.

This is now being done for all the "biggies" at most parks.

I will say that the CM's who do the escorting walk VERY briskly,
so start your family "speed-walking training" now!!

The map is great! I would have been clueless! This must be a new thing though, either that or we missed it last year. We did 3 early EMH days and were never walked anywhere last year. This actually sounds like a good policy to me though. Helps the crazy mobs
