Tshirt Design First Trip for 21st Bday

A few of my really good friends and I are surprising our friend Kelsey with a trip to WDW for her 21st bday. She has had a really rough year being in and out of hospitals after a brain injury. We have gotten the ok from her doctor and really want to make her birthday special. I love all of the first visit and birthday designs I have seen but was hoping for someway of combining them. Her favorite characters are Simba and Goofy. We also plan on drinking around the world as it is her 21st. Is there anyway to incorporate all of this? We are leaving September 22nd and she wont know where we are going until we get to the airport. I would really appreciate any designs or even just design ideas. Thank you so much in advance.
