TS where kids can get appetizer from adult menu ?

Can we start a list of table service restaurants where kids have been allowed to order an appetizer from the adult menu, as no appetizers on kids menu there ?

When we were at the Prime-Time Cafe last September, my DS (then 5) could order an appetizer and desert off the adult menu despite it being listed on the child's menu. Le Cellier had no child appetizer so he could order an adult one. He even liked the cheese soup he ordered.

We were there last week. Coral Reef and Mama Melrose let the kids choose off the adult menu. MM has kids appy's but our server said they could choose from adult menu too and they did.

we've been to lecellier twice... the first time (sept '05) ds was told "no" to an adult appy (or any appy for that matter, unless we were willing to pay oop) and the second time, (jan '06) he was permitted... methinks it's more individual server decision than restaurant- or world-wide policy...

We just returned Friday and my little guy was allowed to order an appetizer from the adult menu at Le cellier and Boatwrights, but he was not allowed an appetizer at WCC.
