We are going to WDW in Oct and my DH would like to try a table service restaurant in Epcot that we haven't been to before - any suggestions??

We have eaten at Biergarten, Akershus, San Angel and Le Cellier -

Traveling with DD's 7 and 5 as well.

Thanks for your help!

Rose & Crown :thumbsup2 , Les Chefs :) , Marrakesh :confused3 , Teepanyaki :) (but it might be closed for refurbishment). :goodvibes

So far my favorite is Chefs de France. And don't worry it is very kid friendly. I also like Teppanyaki (sp?) in Japan. But it isn't much different than a Beni-hana type place so if you have one close to you and are looking for something different you may want to try something else.

I've heard great things about Rose & Crown but I haven't tried it personally.

Have fun planning:cool1:

We love all of the world showcase restaurants, I would have to recommend Biergarten or chefs de france.

I would say Chef de France would be a great next move for you.

for all who like chefs de France...what did you order and what about it did you really like? That is on my short list for Nov too, so I'm interested! Thanks!:goodvibes

We really enjoyed Marrakesh on our last trip, and really enjoyed it. The food was very good (I had lamb, dh had chicken, I think), and there were things we could order for our picky kids (plain pasta - jeesh!). The entertainment was good, too - a few musicians and a bellydancer. A little loud, but when the bellydancer asked the kids to come up and dance with her my dd (4 at the time) was so excited! An added bonus - we got in the same day for a normal time dinner, even though I made my ADRs during naptime that day. Of course, it was in Sept. the first year they offered free dining!

I vote for Rose & Crown also. We tried it out two weeks ago for the first time and really liked it. Our sons (ages 6 & 8) also liked it. They had a pizza with chicken, but we just ordered it plain and our boys were very happy with that. :)

Our family loves Teppanyaki. We have done it the last three times we have been to WDW! Not planning to do it this year, only because mom wants to try LeCellier!

My DD's love Marrakesh first, Le Cellier second (but that's because of a cute waiter:rolleyes: ) then Rose and Crown.

The belly dancer is fun for the kids. She involves them in the dance sometimes.

If you go to Rose & Crown ask why the windows are pocked. It's a funny story!:thumbsup2

Thanks everyone! I would love to try Chefs de France but there isn't anything on the kids menu my girls will eat - so I guess it is Rose and Crown. :goodvibes
