TS Restaurants that do not take ADRs

Does anyone have a list of TS restaurants on the DDP that do not take ADRs? I'd kind of like to have the list to fall back on and have a little more flexibility each day.

The only one I know for sure is Captn Jacks in DTD.

Big River Grill on the Boardwalk doesn't take ADRs, I don't think.

The Plaze does take ADRs.

Big River Grill on the Boardwalk doesn't take ADRs, I don't think.

They do, but not through the Disney Dining line. We called the restaurant directly about 2 weeks before our trip and made one then with no problem.
