TS Restaurant Help...I can't decide!

I'm trying to pick our TS restaurants for our trip, but I can't decide. I'd love to hear some suggestions! Here are a few requests...

• I'd like to avoid 2TS/signature places
• Characters would be great, but not necessary (we have a 3 y.o DD)
• NO Chef Mickey
  
• For logistical purposes, we're staying at the Polynesian
• Le Cellier, Crystal Palace, and Ohana are definites already

Liberty Tree Tavern for dinner or Akershus Princess Breakfast in Norway. Both meals have great food / character interaction.

Coral Reef in EPCOT might be fun

How about either:
50's primetime at MGM- great food, very fun atmosphere
Whispering Canyon- okay food, fun atmosphere for the kids. (little too loud for us, but others seem to enjoy it)

Garden Grill is a great cm. The food is very good, the atmosphere is very relaxed and the character interaction is the best at WDW. We also enjoy Kona.

The princess dinner is nice as well. The food is pretty normal (might not sound that way but it was). We also loved biergarten (buffet in germany). They had live entertainment while we ate.

LTT was excellent but BF and I love that type of food. The characters came around 3 times while we were eating (we were there for 1 hour max).

50s prime time was ok. We had a bad waiter that was only in character half the time and griped about low attendance in the parks (thus less tip $$). I'm sure you won't get him though and would have a good time.

We didn't really care for the food at hollywood and vine but they have playhouse disney characters now for breakfast or lunch (not sure we went for dinner).

Garden Grill was decent food but I haven't been there since 2005 so it could have changed.
