We are five adults (ages 34, 30, 30, 23, and 22) and we'll be in Epcot on November 11 (last weekend of F&W and Veteran's Day weekend
so we know to expect crowds). It's a little early, but I'm a Type-A super-planner and want my desired ADRs firmly fixed when my 180-day window opens in mid-May.
Originally, we were talking about not making any ADRs and just snacking around the world in the afternoon/evening, but the more discussion we have, the more it seems like most of us are leaning toward wanting a sit-down dinner to relax at the end of the day.
Ideally, we'd like to be able to see IllumiNations from the restaurant, so I know that limits us. Of the restaurants you can see IllumiNations from, I've eaten at Tokyo Dining and wasn't thrilled with the view of IllumiNations, so that one is definitely out. What would y'all recommend?
