TS questions

Hi we have in the past used QSD but this time will have DDP so have some questions.

is it true now I would be able to use TS credits at rainforest cafe, planet Hollywood, T-Rex?

Is there a set menu for people on the dining plan or can you choose any meal?

Can you use the TS at Ohana and chef mickeys character interaction?

Does DDP include the refill mug? As cant seem to see it on the Disney site.

Any help and advice would be great.

You CAN use DP in Planet Hollywood, CANNOT use in T-Rex or RFC. There's no set menu in any of the restaurants, just order off normal menu. Go to
www.allears.net to see all the menus.

Actually, you CAN use TS credits for T-rex & RFC.


OP, you use the same menu as everyone else. You can use TS credits for Ohana, Chef Mickey's and other character meals. The dinning plan includes a refillable mug for each person.

Thank you, I am so pleased that's the case. We are looking at upgrading hotel with a £300 difference and the new hotel would include the DDP where the other one had the quick one. We always go to Ohana, rainforest cafe and chef mickeys and with going to them we will have easily have used the £300. We always wanted to try out more of the sit done meals.

We just dined a few days ago on the dining plan at the T-Rex. We where allowed to pick any meal, a non alcoholic drink. The kids where offered kids meals. For desert the kids can each pick one, adults can each pick one, or one that is to be shared. We gave up all of our deserts for the big group dessert which was wonderful.

As a note, these (and several others) were added to the DDP for the first time in 2012. So, historically, you could not, but now you can . (Hence potential confusion.)

Also note that for 2013, there are many restaurants that have not yet signed up at this time, so they aren't in the brochure. This is 100% normal and has happened every year that the DDP has been out (that I've been paying attention, so 2010-2013 so far ). There's a very high chance that every restaurant that was on for 2012 will be on for 2013. Historically, only one restaurant has ever dropped out of the dining plans, and that was Fulton's after the first year of the plan. Fulton's then rejoined for 2012, and brought several friends with them .
