I guess the title says it all? Anything in walking distance? I'll have a 9 year old and a 7 year old with me so maybe not too long of a walk. LOL I know my kids and they can whine with the best of them, especially on long walks with not much to look at.

We will have a car with us so if nothing is close I'll choose something else, but just wondering if something is close.

Thanks! :)

Nothing in walking distance. Not with young children. I'm assuming you don't want to cross the streets with them; use the car. Coronado Springs is the closest resort. Animal Kingdom Lodge/Kidani aren't far. There's also a McDonalds near the Allstar resorts and you can always go to the Allstars food courts if you want to.

Thanks! I tried finding a map but was unsucessful. We'll use the car and find somewhere to eat that night.

Winter Summerland is located right beside Blizzard Beach, but using a water park day just to get food isnt worth it. All Star Sports is about 2 miles from it, McDonalds about 1.5 miles. Coronado Springs is about 2 miles the other way. You can google map it. Besides having a "snack bar" at the miniature golf places, they serve chips, cookies and drinks.

If you're contemplating Miniature golf, I would try Fantasia Gardens the one located by the Swan and Dolphin. It would get you closer to food if you want to be within walking distance. The swan and dolphin are located directly across the road. There you have the Picabu Buffeteria and other small restaurants, like Garden Grove. Also you have a little bit further, the boardwalk area restaurants.

Here is the walk to the McDonald's.

And it even looks like there are real sidewalks between them but if you walk there and are driving you will have to walk back.

Just drive.

For a lot of places at WDW there really aren't walkways unless you are talking about the Epcot Resort area, the walk between CR and MK and the walk to DTD from SSR.
