I don't really like the looks of any of the TS at MK so where should we eat? We were thinking of doing all of our TS for dinner and our CS for either BFast or Lunch. DH keeps flip flopping back and forth between just doing the free dining and then he wants to upgrade since we only pay the difference. I am booking the vacation tonight so whatever I decide is what we get!

Our family loves Tony's Town Square! Great pasta and the added bonus for us is my daughters love Lady and the Tramp.

I've only done Liberty Tree Tavern at MK but liked it. It's served family style, the food was good, and I love the atmosphere. Very "homey" feeling.

Crystal Palace is our fave inside MK; however, there's always the option of going to one of the monorail resorts for a meal. There are TONS of dinner options...obviously, all of the signature 2 ts credit meals in the area get decent reviews. I think 'Ohana and The Wave would be good bets if you're looking for a dinner and don't want characters. If you chose either of those- you could walk to and from the Contemporary or do the monorail or boat launch to and from the Poly.

We love Crystal Palace for breakfast and Liberty Tree Tavern for lunch. In fact, LTT is a must do on our first day in MK.

I second the idea of using a resort restaurant on your MK day. Lots of options on the monorail. It also makes for a nice break from the park.

Have you considered a monorail resort? Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary is a fun place for dinner. There are many options at the three monorail hotels and then there's also the Wilderness Lodge that you can get to by boat.

we also at POP this trip and we upgrade is $11 per adult per day and worth it to us:thumbsup2 Mk has Liberty Tree Tavern and it is family style at dinner 1 TS and is good

Tony's my sister and BIL like I not so much but is edible to me glorified Fazolis;)

we use some TS for character meals as well to mix it up and use 2 TS for nicer place each trip this year California Grill:yay:

Cape May has character breakfast with Goofy but dinner there great seafood and lots of choices

Tusker house in AK has Donald safari for breakfast and food great there as is lunch and dinner

Bomas is good any meal but no character anytime:surfweb:

O Hana's is character breakfast but dinner not but great but may be booked by now

1900 Park Fare at Grand Floridian has Cindy with her prince, stepmother and stepsisters. It's a cheaper way to get to see Cinderella and the step family is hilarious!

There are so many great restaurants right on the monorail, don't limit yourself to just those restaurants inside MK for TS. We LOVE 'Ohana, and had a lot of fun at 1900 PF (DD STILL talks about dancing with Prince Charming!).

:goodvibes

I decided not to do the upgrade. I forgot that tip was not included with the plan plus there are really only 2 TS places I want to eat at, Ohana's and Biergarten, so we will pay for those out of pocket.
