OK, there may be no such thing, but I'm wondering - what TS would you consider a "Best Kept Secret" in the Disney Dining World? I ask b/c I'm headed out there tomorrow...I have ADRs at several good restaurants, but am wondering...could I have missed something? Everyone on here talks about La Cellier, California Grill, etc.... Love that. But there have to be some unsung heroes out there....so what are they??? (please tell me there are...)

I don't know if these are unsung heroes but I always like House of Blues, San Angel Inn, and Boma. I like the Sci-fi when no one else seems to. Mama Melrose's is pretty good and kind of out of the way.

More importantly, Have a great time. I'm jealous since I have to wait until November.

For breakfast, I think YCG is one of the best kept secrets. It's so nice and airy in there and you can get either the buffet or off the menu.

Probably the most underrated restaurant at WDW is the Concourse Steakhouse in the Contemporary. It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The service and food have always been excellent. I have seen times when there has been a wait, and ADRs necessary, but often it is just a walk-in. The tables are not on top of each other. From most tables you can wave at people going by on the Express Monorail. The only downsides I can think of is the noise factor from Chef Mickey's next door, and that it is not "dark and romantic".

Olivia's at OKW---love it! Have a great time! We'll be in MGM and MK on Saturday!

One of my favorites is the Kona Cafe at the Polynesian Resort. It's open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For breakfast, you must try the "Tonga Toast", which is stuffed french toast and it's to die for! At dinner, try the Sticky Wings for an appetizer...they're wonderful!

Oh, and I just found out that Cap'n Jack's at Downtown Disney now takes reservations! It's a great little seafood restaurant and is open for lunch and dinner. Call the 407-WDW-DINE line to make your ADR's! :thumbsup2

For some reason, lately many have been badmouthing Spoodles. Spoodles is one of the best restaurants in Walt Disney World!
