Trying to use my pin code ?

Hi, i FINALLY received a pin code just today and it appears it is good for the dates I wanted to book, June 12-19, 2010. Problem is, I have called twice today to price the package with the code and both times I was told it wasnt showing up in their system and they of course couldnt look it up without it showing up. The first CM suggested I give it a few hours and try back, the second CM said it would take at least several days. Anyone have any experience with this and a code not working/ showing up? Does it take long to get resolved??? Thanks

^^^ Call them back and try again. When we got our PIN we called the next day, so I don't know if it will take days or hours for you PIN to 'kick into the system.' Keep trying!

I had a similar situation. I tried the pin online and then called. The rep said they couldn't find the pin code in the system. She asked when I was looking to book. I was trying to price things for Dec '10 and she came up with a disocunt code that was valid through Dec 23rd. I booked the Poly for Dec figuring I can cencel or adjust the dates and keep the discount.

I would say keep calling back until you get some kind of discount.
