Trying to talk dd out of doing Perfectly Princess tea party

We have decided we are going to do the regular tea. Then she is going to BBB and dinner at the castle. It is on her actual birthday so I guess I went a little overboard. LOL! I heard a little about some of the things disney florists does. I will check the website out and do a little research. I am sure they are expensive though. I like your idea of doing it myself. Have a nice trip!

DD has done the princess tea party twice and the Alice tea party twice. She loves the Alice tea party. However, I loved being with her at the princess tea ) With that said, I thought the second time at the princess tea party was repetitive since we'd done it before. DD knew what was going to happen before it did, and the party just lost that magic feel. She did the party once at 4 and then again at 5, so maybe we just did them too close together. But, we said last time would be our last time...

My DD went to this when she was 5 and had an absolutely glorious time! She was a little shy about going without us, but WOW! the little crafts they make were so cute, she got a bouquet of flowers to give to me (they all pretend they are sleeping when the parents return and Alice and Mad Hatter have mysteriously vanished).

The picture of her sitting between Alice and MH is beyond compare. The look on her face! I will treasure it always.

And how very lovely for me to have some time to tool around GF while she was there enjoying the tea. Soooo nice!
