Trying to register for WDW Marathon weekend. What am I doing wrong?

It's 7:30am on the west coast; registration for the WDW marathon weekend opened half an hour ago.

I'm having trouble seeing the registration screen. I'm assuming that with Disney's vast resources, their I.T. systems are well prepared for events like marathon registration day, so I'm doing something wrong but I don't know what
