Trying to register for DAS and I keep getting an error. EDIT BY MODERATOR - this is not an error, it is page refresh

I am trying to register with the live chat. I wait with the chat box on my screen and then after about 45 minutes I get an error that says "Go back to the previous page or log in to continue your conversation". I was logged in, so I am not sure why I keep getting this.

I believe every 30 mins or so you get that message, go back a page, click whatever you need to click and you get back in at the same spot. It’s not like going back to the back of line,

I’m sure someone will explain it better than I in a few mins.

Yes, you just have to keep refreshing/relogging it but it does save your spot in the queue.

Closing this thread since since it’s resolved.
NOTE: that is not an error message.
It’s normal and happens about every 30 minutes. It’s just refreshing the page because the system sees it as inactive.

It said right in the box "error". That is why I called it that.
