Trying to plan dining around the entertainment!

I am coming up on my 60 day window to make my dining reservations. The entertainment schedule has not been posted for November yet. The only thing posted on the DL site are the hours of operation. Is there any rule of thumb to use for when the evening entertainment occurs with relation to the closing hour?

On Wed and Thur, DL hours are 10-8 and DCA is 10-6. On Fri, DL hours are 8-12 and DCA, 10-9. Is there any way to interpret from this when parades and fireworks are?

You can expect:

Disneyland 10-8pm
Parade of Dreams 7pm
Fireworks (if they have them) 8:15pm

Disneyland 9-12am
Parade of Dreams 3:15pm, 7:00pm
Fireworks 9:25pm (if they have them)
Fantasmic 9:00, 10:30pm (if they have them)

California Adventure 10-6pm
Aladdin 12:35pm, 2:05pm, 4:20pm (may be closed on Tue-Wed)
Block Party Bash (if they have it) 5:15pm

California Adventure 10-6pm
Aladdin 11:35am, 1:05pm, 3:20pm, 5:05pm
Block Party Bash 5:00pm

The Christmas Parade most likely will begin on Thanksgiving Day, thereabouts.
