i had trouble as well. i called Disney and they told me to update my AP and profile. tried it still had trouble. closed all windows tried again about an hour later and it worked.

It seems to be picky about web browsers - it worked fine for me with Firefox, but later I tried IE and could only get as far as the calendar page - it wouldn't process any of the dates I tried to click on. That was on a Windows system.

I had trouble too on AOL. Switched to IE and it worked with only a few difficulties. Good luck!
