Trying to order Cinderella's Glass slipper dessert!!

We have reservations at 1900 Park Faire on Wednesday. I've called the number given to me to order the dessert, the voicemail states that person is out of the office Sunday and Monday and to call this number. So I did. That person said to call the person I originally called. I told him I got her voicemail and it told me to call his number. He wouldn't let me order the dessert which needs 48 hours in advance and to call back Tuesday!!! Ack!!! What should I do!?!?

Sorry I dont have an answer for you, but while youre waiting for good advice, can you please let me know what you are talking about I also have a reservation there for September and would be interested in knowing about this special dessert! Thanks
