Trying to find joke/image of Rudolph the red nosed reindeer

My Dad received an email with a joke image of Rudolph the Red-nosed reindeer sitting by a fireplace, with all the heads of the other reindeers on the wall behind him. It said something like " They USED to laugh and call him names". He LOVED this. His computer crashed and now he wants to find it again.

Has anyone seen this?
