I want to get a credit card that has good dollars to miles points.

I don't fly with a specific airline when we do fly...we've flown with American (2X), United (3X), Delta, AirTran and Air Jamaica. It's really whoever's cheaper.

But in your experience, which is card is pretty good? What is the annual fee? Is there a Southwest Credit Card? They always seem to have great deals on airfare.

TIA! :goodvibes

I have a Southwest CC (by Chase) and I love it! I think it's one southwest credit for every $1200 you spend. There is an annual fee, though I can't remember what it is. It's automatically billed to the card so I don't pay much attention. $35 or $65 is in my head though... I put everything (gas, food, etc) on it and pay it off monthly. We have 3 free tickets now for our upcoming trip in Oct...

We have the Flex Perks from US Bank and have been pretty happy with that. I booked two of our four tickets to DW this Dec with it. It was an easy process and we had our choices of airlines. I think the point values for tickets are pretty fair - better than the old Northwest card we used to have.

I use the Capital One Venture card...2% on all purchases, can use miles for any airline, rental car, etc, number of points used depends on the pruchase price of the ticket.
ie. $200 ticket....20,000 pts, $250 ticket....25,000miles. They allow you to make your own reservations and then get credited or they have their own travel agency. Very easy.
