Trying to decide on Park visit days EPCOT Flower & Garden

Hello all,

I know SOME things with the Flower and Garden show at Epcot are closed during the week (concerts, shows), but what about the Food Kitchens/Kiosks, Merchandise carts, and special gardens - like the Butterfly garden, etc. Are they accessible during the week???
