Any advice on which resort you would pick? We really prefer for our kids (7, 10) to have their own beds (so we would like 3 beds for the 4 of us). We also tend to not hang out at our resort at all and instead spend all our times at the parks.

2 rooms at POP, 1 family suite at AoA, 1 deluxe studio at Boulder Ridge Villas.

The Wilderness Lodge looks like a great resort but I'm not sure if we should spent the money on that room since its smaller sq footage and may not take advantage of all the resort has to offer.

Would appreciate others opinions...

I think we need more information. Is budget your first priority? What parks are you most interested in? Would you be interested in the Food and Wine Festival at Epcot. If you have the budget, Boardwalk/Beach Club/Yacht Club would be good options. Walk to Epcot, boat to HS and they have rooms with 2 beds plus a sofa bed. If that area is of interest to you the Swan and Dolphin could be other choices, although I am not sure of the bed configuration. You get all of the major benefits of a Disney hotel except the Magical express and magic bands.

I prefer to be budget conscious as I know we don't spent much time in our rooms except to sleep. I had looked at some other places (we stayed at OKW last time) but they aren't available for our travel dates.

We aren't that interested in the Food and Wine festival.
