Go to www.wdwig.com to see pictures of all the resorts. We have stayed at both resorts. CSR in August 2000 and POR in September 2002. POR was so much better than CSR. POR is beautifull. The layout, grounds, pool, foodcourt, rooms, everything. We stayed in Aligator Bayou Bldg 14 which was really close to everything. There are also Mansion buuldings that looked really nice and from reading in different site it seems like people prefer them.
! We enjoyed the Pepper Market-the wet burrito was my favorite. The dig was nice also and we took a long relaxing stroll around this HUGE resort(Ranchos are TOO far away IMO!)! Sat in the hammocks a long while too. We love POR too, have only been there with the kids twice. The food court is very nice for families. Have only stayed in the mansions(Magnolia Terrace is our fave). We LOVED WL for our Christmas trip 2001. The balcony, EWP, and the pool were great. The decorations are what make this the best resort for Christmas, IMHO. If you have not stayed here and they have the LOW rates they have had the last 2 years in Dec. you might enjoy it(I think we paid $119 for woodsview!)! We did pop over to POR's food court during this trip and they had a pretty tree in the lobby. Not sure what CSR has in Dec. You can't go wrong either way. Buzz2001 has a great CSR site. Someone named Carlson used to have a site with pics of ALL the resorts but the link is not working anymore!!! ???
