Hi everyone!
I am trying to come up with ideas for a non-Disney trip - we LOVE LOVE LOVE Disney, but it's our 20th Anniversary this year and thought of doing something NON-Disney for once!
We have been on 5 cruises and thought about going that route, but I don't think that would be so "special" since we've already been on so many.
We live in Maine. We do not have children, so somewhere that is all kids is NOT what we are looking for. We do not particularly love beaches, but would not reject going to one. We love historical and natural things, but are not athletic at all, so no hiking the Appalachian trail!
And it HAS to be a budget trip - we do not have a lot of money and won't be charging it. Prefer under $1000 total. We do not mind driving a bit (like 12 hours or so each way).
Oh - and our anniversary is in September.
Thanks!
