Alright.....have a debate

What to do for 2017:

France only or Germany?
I've done the London/Paris ABD, but the new France trip has very little repeat. Never done Germany. I'm a little afraid it might get cancelled again....it did this year when I was gonna do it.

Thoughts?

The France ABD has changed quite a bit since I did it 4 yrs ago. But I did get a chance to see Omaha Beach and the American cemetery which was very moving. I also really enjoyed seeing Mont Saint Michel. Absolutely stunning. Can't compare it to Germany quite yet. Tough choice.

Deauville is appealing to me. As is Giverny and Mont St. Michel.

The only things really appealing to me on the Germany on are the castles.

That will be a great time to visit. I'd love to hear what you think about the itinerary. It looks great

That will be fantastic! My mom and I are doing Southern France and Paris this summer. She has a friend who lives in Marseiile, so it is going to be great. Next summer, my friend and I will be traveling to London. I'm very excited to finally get to London!

Okay, so I'm so weak, I can't choose. I am gonna back to back Germany with France...hoping for no cancellations.
Nice. Hopefully no issues this time. They should be a good combo. We're only doing Germany this summer, but are spending time in Paris prior to it.

Exciting!! If exploring the world is a weakness, then it is a pretty good one to have ;-) Enjoy every second of it!!

Been considering if I should redo London/Paris with France, instead of doing Germany. The trip has changed a lot. Thoughts?

Just to clarify: France/Germany or France/London&Paris (redeux)?

If the question is the former I'd say stick with the France/Germany since you were so disappointed about the cancellation this year. The trip has changed but there are some great elements remaining. You are a seasoned traveler so you can hit London prior to the trips (or after, or both, I  London!) and have a wonderful multi-cultural experience.

If the question was France OR Germany, that would be harder since the revamped France looks awesome! I tried to sell DH on it but no dice...:(
