Trying to check in . .

I thought I could check in on my computer - why isn't ONLINE CHECK IN showing up? It does on my phone but I can't seem to upload photos. What am I doing wrong??? Grrrrrrrrrr

Are you using JPEG photos? I know some people have had issues with other formats.

It's also should work on the computer - we did ours there. I hate doing that much on the phone.

Thanks . . maybe it's the time. I am Central time so maybe it won't show up on my computer until IT says November 3rd. And it's just not accepting the photos on my little iPhone. Such a PITB. Thanks for the reply. Just needed to vent. I'll wait 15 more minutes and see if the Check In link shows up. Otherwise I will just go to bed. What do people DO without a computer or a smart phone?? ARGH

This whole process annoys the heck out of me for several reasons, but I think that is one of the worst. if you don't have a the computer, smartphone, or are just not tech savvy you're out of luck. I don't blame a company for taking advantage of the pandemic to cut costs, but it isn't fair to everyone. It just adds another layer of stress to this process. It doesn't make sense to me that you'd have to wait until midnight CT. That make is really unfair to anyone checking in from the west coast, since they would almost be guaranteed late PATs.

The bad news is it's a total pain in the backside. The good news is: my check in worked pretty well for the most part Good luck in 4 minutes!!

I don't even know HOW a person without a phone/computer would do this and even if you had access to the computer at a Library you'd have to bring all the JPEGS of your passport, etc.
I FINALLY got through. It didn't like the photo of my Swiss friend so I just screen capped another one that will NOT pass but at least it got me to the PAT. The Port Arrival form still has the dreaded blue circle. I cn SEE it but can't print it or email it.

Also . . . this is what I got for PAT. With DCL transportation . . . I have no clue why they would just say arrive at your leisure? Really??? I got Boarding Group 3. 11:00 - 11:15.

If you are using DCL transfers you don’t need one since it’s tied to your transfer.

You don't have to worry about a PAT if you are using their transportation. You go when they get you there. At least you got it done - that's awesome.

OK, in case someone else reads this - on my computer I had to wait until is was November 3rd MY TIME (Central). On my Phone it was just impossible. I couldn't type in my birthday I had to tray to use the back button on a calendar - DECADES back. And it wouldn't upload any photos. Also, when I got the spinning wheel on the Port Arrival Form - I just clicked the RELOAD circle with the arrow in the upper left and it went away.

I am happy to have gotten an early "leisurely" PAT time but If I was Platinum I guess I would not be happy about that . . . .
