What a crappy website. I can't even cancel a ressie without the "were're working on it" page popping up 3 times.

People if you need to cancel before you lose points make sure you do it a few days early because you never know when this website is working.

Is it VGC? You have to go in and modify to add an email before it lets you cancel.

Why? No one knows. I canceled this morning a WDW resort and no issues.

Wait times are no longer that long. The most I have waited recently was 7 minutes.

That happened to me about 3 weeks ago, I had to call. Very little wait.

14 hours later and those 7 guys still haven't fixed the issue for cancelling

Check the email address. Mine was missing on a non VGC reservation and seemed to cause me trouble for canceling. Once I added the email address, I was able to cancel.

Interesting -- I had this exact same issue weeks ago with a VGC reservation. Waited for 3-4 days and saw those dwarves every day...finally gave up and called because I needed to free up the points for a new reservation. Never would have thought about a missing email address since I booked the whole thing through the website originally just like any other time...

Just had this same issue. Checked the email address and it was blank. So, I modified the ressie and was able to cancel online with no issue. Thanks!

Very good to know! I had a hard time canceling my VGC reservation too and ended up calling. Now I know the trick

I thought the same. Chat was quick and no wait. Sometimes a bit slow to answer, but still makes Amazon chat feel like sending messages via USPS...

Did you try a different browser or clearing cookies? Sometimes that will help get rid of visiting dwarves....

I'm on right now and no problem, sometimes it's the browser you use.Try using a different one.I generally use safari but sometimes I need to change to Chrome.
