Trying to buy APs

Gave all my info and cc info
Now it is processing and "thinking". Says not to refresh or use back button.
It's been about 15 minutes. Is this normal?
I don't want to try again and have 2 go through until this one does something.....anything.
 
Sounds abnormal. I just bought one a couple days ago and didn't have any lagging issues like that. I don't know what I'd do in your situation. It sounds like you could be double charged if you close the window and try again. If it keeps lagging like that, perhaps calling in and asking what to do will help. Maybe they can verbally tell you they will reverse the charge if the first sale goes through.

Booked a cruise yesterday and travel agent couldn't get it to work.
She had to call. And then what they had available was different than what the TA was seeing.

I had problems the other day too and I was a bit panicked because I was trying to purchase before my old ones expired for the discount. Just call. It is a million times easier.

Unless they've changed it, when you have the room and you're trying to book your browser is saving that room. So when a TA or agent looks they can't access it because you "have" it.
 
I had done nothing for the cruise.

Just called and got my APs.
Wait time 17 minutes. Unusually high volume.
CM said all the websites are acting up today......but hopefully it is done.
Wait for the email now.

You could call your bank or check online to see if their is a pending charge from Disney...
also you'd have an email from Disney confirming your order if it went through...
I'd just reload the page and try again.

Well, like I said, I called. Very helpful CM checked and saw no new APs purchased. I had been checking online and email since I started....nothing ever showed up until after the call. 1 purchase for the 4 APs and then the email.
All is well.
