trying to book using a code a month from now

Due to financial reasons I will not be able to book our trip for March until the end of the month. I have always paid rack rate and was so excited when I found out about codes. Will there still be discounted rooms available at the end of the month, or am I going to have to pay rack rate again. If I have to I will purchase an AP. Congratulations to all of you who were able to book rooms using the codes

Well, let's hope! You will always have your best selection when you book as early as possible. If your resort/ dates are flexible, you'll have a better shot at finding something. March is peak season, so you will probably have to compromise with either dates or resort. Good luck to you!

I agree with Misti -- the more flexible you can be, the better chance you'll have. However, that said, I tried from day 1 to get AP rates on this last set of codes for our trip coming up this month. Couldn't do it, no way, no how. Then yesterday, the pixie dust fairy shined on me and I got the AP rate and an upgraded view at WL all for less than I had been paying originally. So booking early gives you the best chance, generally, but there are cancellations, people change dates and just plain luck going on all the time! If you keep trying and are persistent you have a good chance of coming up with something.

Can you book now? I believe they give you a few weeks before a minium payment is due?

They will also give you an extention if you cant put youre deposit down when its due.
So that could potentially give you up to a month to put down a deposit.
All you have to do is call close to when youre deposit is due and say you need more time.(in my case I didnt know yet who I had coming).
